Our Story

History

Nurulz Artisan Scoop was founded by husband and wife, Rosdiadi Ramli and Nurul Hidayah Arshad in December of 2010 in Bukit Katil, Melaka.

How it started?

Rosdiadi was an engineer in a multinational company. After a couple of years, he had enough and didn't feel like doing it anymore and decided to go into business full time. Having 120% support from Nurul made him even more motivated. After a lot of research, readings and trial & error, he found that there is lack of muslim made product in everyday food production determined him to join in the food and beverage (F&B) sectors.

Why ICE CREAM?

The idea to start an ice cream business was when it was hard to find finest locally made ice cream that matches up to the super-premium standard and after they experienced doubt when eating other international brand ice cream (flavours that includes liquer and gelatin made using the same machine as other flavours), they decided to make their own ice cream. After a lot of trial and error and later on, the ice cream was accepted by their family, friend and public through pasar malam, they decided to go BIG and opened up a scoop shop. Besides, Nurul has always dream of opening a homemade ice cream and candy shop since her childhood. It was the opportunity to make it REAL!!!

Operator Pengeluaran Aiskrim /Kitchen Crew / Ice Cream Maker

Tugasan Am

Untuk membantu mengekalkan pelanggan jangka panjang dan berkualiti dengan melaksanakan sistem yang telah diaturkan bagi memenuhi kehendak dan permintaan pelanggan.

Tugasan Utama:
1. Membantu dengan setup harian, pembungkusan dan mengendalikan bahan mentah untuk proses pembuatan aiskrim. 2. Terlibat dengan proses pembuatan aiskrim bermula dari penyediaan bahan, memotong, mengadun bahan mentah sehingga pembungkusan.
3. Mengekalkan inventori dengan mengunakan konsep FIFO dan menyusunatur mengikut label.
4. Membantu dalam pembersihan dan sanitasi kawasan kerja untuk persediaan hari seterusnya.
5. Menyediakan barangan untuk pembungkusan seperti terlibat dengan pengguntingan pelekat label, penyediaan cup dan penutup dalam pembungkusan aiskrim.
6. Sentiasa bersedia menerima dan mengikut arahan daripada pihak atasan atau pengurus.
7. Akan terlibat dengan pembuatan pelbagai jenis aiskrim, biskut dan chocolate

* Training akan diberikan untuk setiap tugasan.

Apa yang kami perlukan adalah individu yang:
1. fresh grad atau pun mempunyai pengalaman bekerja dalam 1-2 tahun.
2. mempunyai minat dalam bidang makanan dan mementingkan qualiti hasil makanan.
3. minat untuk belajar lebih
4. boleh bekerja dalam shift , atau hujung minggu.
5. boleh bekerja dalam kumpulan
6. disiplin yang tinggi.
7. Komunikasi yang baik.
8. Bagus dalam perkiraan.

* Keutamaan akan diberikan kepada calon yang berpengalaman dalam bidang makanan serta mempunyai kelulusan mana-mana bidang berikut:
- kulinari
- bakeri
- hotel & katering
- pastry
- food service
- teknologi makanan
