Our Story

History

Nurulz Artisan Scoop was founded by husband and wife, Rosdiadi Ramli and Nurul Hidayah Arshad in December of 2010 in Bukit Katil, Melaka.

How it started?

Rosdiadi was an engineer in a multinational company. After a couple of years, he had enough and didn't feel like doing it anymore and decided to go into business full time. Having 120% support from Nurul made him even more motivated. After a lot of research, readings and trial & error, he found that there is lack of muslim made product in everyday food production determined him to join in the food and beverage (F&B) sectors.

Why ICE CREAM?

The idea to start an ice cream business was when it was hard to find finest locally made ice cream that matches up to the super-premium standard and after they experienced doubt when eating other international brand ice cream (flavours that includes liquer and gelatin made using the same machine as other flavours), they decided to make their own ice cream. After a lot of trial and error and later on, the ice cream was accepted by their family, friend and public through pasar malam, they decided to go BIG and opened up a scoop shop. Besides, Nurul has always dream of opening a homemade ice cream and candy shop since her childhood. It was the opportunity to make it REAL!!!

Rahsia Pembuatan Aiskrim Terbongkar!!!

Lama juga kami menyepi daripada menulis di blog ni kan.

Tapi memandangkan ramai lagi fans Nurulz suka nak tgk update di blog ni, jadi pihak kami akan mula menulis semula insyaAllah secara consistent.

Whats the latest news???

1. Kami dah shutdown kiosk di Mydin Mall MITC atas sebab-sebab yang telah dirancang.
   Kami akan buka Mini Parlour di kilang untuk you all menikmati aiskrim SUPER PREMIUM kami.
    We will Announce the BIG day nanti.

2. Kami sekarang tgh buat projek BENGKEL MEMBONGKAR RAHSIA PEMBUATAN AISKRIM!!
    Kenapa kami buat?
    Kerana ramai yang tanya macam mana aiskrim yang KAMI buat lain daripada aiskrim di luar sana.
    So we love sharing...jadi kami bagi peluang kepada sesiapa yang berminat untuk tahu lebih mendalam           serta Praktikal.Time tu boleh la tanyer seribu satu soalan kepada Pakar Aiskrim kita, En Rosdiadi Ramli.

Step 4: Bawa Resit Pembayaran semasa pendaftaran..

* Satu kelas= max 10 org sahaja.

* Sesi pilihan bergantung pada kekosongan Kelas.



    Sesiapa yang TIDAK hadiri program ini akan terlepas 4 PELUANG yang UTAMA iaitu:

1. Menjalani suasana proses pembuatan aiskrim secara PRAKTIKAL
2. Berkongsi teknik-teknik RAHSIA pembuatannya
3. Mengetahui CARA menghasilkan aiskrim yang GEBU dan HALUS
4. Mendapat maklumat terkini PERALATAN yang digunakan dan dari mana untuk dapatkannya.
